Comprehensive Objectives
Fostering Growth and Empowerment in Agricultural Cooperatives
The principal object of the society will be to promote the interests of all its Members, present in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, to attain their social and economic betterment through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with the cooperative principles. The some detailed objects shall be as follows:
1. To facilitate, coordinate promote and engage in animal husbandry, Dairy, Fisheries and sericulture and to set up storage units for storing various agricultural commodities and goods.
2. To set up storage units for storing various agricultural commodities and goods.
3. To facilitate, coordinate, and promote the marketing and trading activities of the cooperative institution in agriculture and other commodities, articles and goods.
4. To organize consultancy work in agricultural fields for the benefit of the cooperative institution in general.
5. To arrange for the training of employees/farmers of marketing/processing/supply cooperative societies.
6. To provide expert technique in the field of agriculture to its member for purchase of agro products, seeds, fertilizers and farm equipment’s.
7. To undertake grading, packing and standardization of agricultural produce and other articles.
8. To purchase agriculture land in the area of its operations, to sell agricultural land, do farming activities, do agricultural activities, sell agriculture produce, produce agriculture products etc.
9. By setting up camps in the local markets, assist members to sell their produce through the society to the procurement agencies at better rates.
10. To provide seeds and grains to the members for their land holdings at cheaper rates.

Functions
In furtherance of the above objects, the society may undertake any or all the following activities:
1. To do research in agriculture products and agriculture activities of its own or with consultation with agriculture universities.
2. To provide training and education to the members in the field of agriculture about modern techniques of farming.
3. To organize conferences, conventions, training, seminars, workshops, and working group discussions relating to rural development and management etc.
